A warm welcome to the Church of St James.

We are a prayerful and welcoming Anglican parish church set in the heart of Gatley village.

St James church is in a vacancy for a while until a new vicar is recruited.
During the vacancy many things are staying the same, however there will be some changes.

Each Sunday there will be just one service at 10:00am followed by refreshments in the hall.
During the week the church is open from 9:30 till 3 each day for quiet reflection and prayer, and there will be our usual service of Holy Communion on Wednesday morning at 9:30am followed by refreshments, and our weekly prayer meeting at 9:30 on Friday morning.
We are also still available for Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals, and the church hall is still open for our regular clubs and if you want to book a special event or children’s party.
